Cancellation policies / other dates:
Cancellation for any reason: 61 days or more before day of arrival 20 % of the total
cost is due. Cancellation for any reason: 60 days to 31 days before day of arrival 50 % of
the total cost is due. Cancellation for any reason: 30 days to 8 days before day of
arrival 65 % of the total cost is due. Cancellation for any reason: from 7 days to day of
arrival 80 % of the total cost is due. If you change the booking to another date or if the
hotel room can be rented otherwise, 20 % of the total cost is due.

Spa taxes: starting at 2 overnight stays in 781-hors castle hotel Black
Forest, the city council charges spa taxes for adults from 18 years. From March 1 to
October 31 it costs 0.50 EUR per person and day, from November 1 to February 28 (29) it
costs 0.25 EUR per person and day. The spa taxes are to be payed in cash in addition to
the overnight stay price at the reception desk. The spa taxes are not applicable for
meetings / seminars / conferences.
