48 hours to the there stated fax number or send it per letter (drop in of the letter in

Deposit and Final Payment: The deposit is
due with the booking per credit cards VISA, MasterCard or Diners Club. We can not hold
bookings without the deposit. Please pay the final payments in the hotel.
Cancellation policies / other dates:
Cancellation for any reason: 61 days or more before day of arrival 20 % of the total
cost is due. Cancellation for any reason: 60 days to 31 days before day of arrival 50 % of
the total cost is due. Cancellation for any reason: 30 days to 8 days before day of
arrival 65 % of the total cost is due. Cancellation for any reason: from 7 days to day of
arrival 80 % of the total cost is due. If you change the booking to another date or if the
hotel room can be rented otherwise, 20 % of the total cost is due.
IMPORTANT: In
case you don't want to book right away and first just want to make requests, please do not
